Lower right second molar - Open apex, collagene and MTA

Patient with pain on : Pocket Depths 2-4 mm, Mobility 0, Temporary Crown Diagnosis: Apical Parodontitis; Insufficient RCT The apex is wide open with light bleeding. It was gauged to ISO 70. A root canal filling with warm guttapercha is not advisable. It could be overpressed in the periapical region. MTA will act as a plug to prevent with NaOCl, EDTA, CHX, PUI. A collagene barrier was placed to aviod an overfilling of MTA although this wouldn’t matter so much.
