Lors de mon passage, d’important travaux étaient présents. Je m’interroge si ce lieu va pas être complètement détruit. This building is said to be the former Pioneer Palace, built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is in Greco-Roman style. We find theatres in the form of theatres.
