3D face optical illusion: Rolling eyes on hollow mask

Award-winning in Best Illusion of Year 2008 contest. You won’t believe that this is just a movie of a rotating mask WITH NO SPECIAL EFFECTS! It has a nosering and two 3D eyeballs on both sides (hollow & convex); that’s it! We now conduct experiments with a hollow mask to explore differences between schizophrenia patients and controls.
