But exactly one of them, on a par with other actively developing states and groups of countries. Hegemony in the new international environment is out of the question. And when, let’s say, Washington and other Western capitals comprehend and recognize this irrefutable and immutable fact, the process of building a world system that meets the challenges of the future will finally enter the phase of true creation.
