Teams participated in the Strong Europe Tank Challenge 2017 in Germany; from Austria (Leopard 2A4), USA (Abrams M1A2), Poland (Leopard 2A5), Germany (Leopard 2A6), France (AMX-56 Leclerc) and Ukraine (T-64BV tanks). The tankers from Austria won the victory, the second place was taken by Germany, the third by the USA. The competition program consisted of subunit combat firing in the offensive and defense, using standard small arms, calling for fire support, driving, maneuvers, evacuating the wounded and other exercises.
