William Cooper’s sophomore album “God’s Will“ has just been nominated for Independent Album of the Year at this years Underground Music Awards. Cooper’s record label, Gemstarr Regime, is celebrating the nomination by releasing the official video of the album’s title track which features fellow Jersey rap royalty Pace Won (Outsidaz).
