Beat Down Session

BEAT DOWN Beat Down includes punching, kicking and striking you the client all over whilst being careful to avoid the area where you don’t want to be hit. You the client are not allowed to strike back. You would often have and use a safety word with the wrestler, at the point you mention/shout the safety word the wrestler will stop immediately.
