Aaron, Lydia, Jerry, Luke, and others are still doing the Whisperer trick in a horde that Commonwealth soldiers are leading somewhere. They find out it’s the Commonwealth itself and try to break away which results in terrible things for them. Eugene is free. Mercer reunites him with his sister and Yumiko before continuing his role as double agent. Pamela Milton suspects something is going on and takes her own actions which results in a horde invading The Commonwealth and even to her shooting, of all people, Judith Grimes!
