a compilation and evolution of ursula’s terrifying evil laughs in the little mermaid! for some of these laughs, there were older versions available so i included them! very interested to see how melissa mccarthy pulls off the iconic laugh. pat carroll is a disney LEGEND and i believe ursula’s is the greatest villain laugh of all time.
