Священная война / The Sacred War (karaoke)

In Europe the Second World War started in 1939 but the Russian Great Patriotic War began with another date - June 22, 1941. Although the teens today most probably think it was the private Ryan and the Normandy operation that won the war, still only 15% of the German divisions were actually stationed in Europe, while 85% were sent to the Eastern front, i.e. to the USSR, which, without a doubt, bore the brunt of the war and did most for the victory. For people of our country the Nazi army was the infernal evil. They got up to fight it and they won. We post this song in remembrance of their valour and their ultimate sacrifice. The text of the song was published only 2 days after the perfidious night attack of the Nazi army. By June 29 the song itself had been recorded. I was also the 24th of June 4 years later when the Victory Parade took place in Moscow. Decades have passed but this song is still relevant for those whose ancestors fought the Nazis then and for those who have to oppose their followers even now. We know how that famous broadcast that you see in the beginning of the video ended. “Our cause is just. The enemy will be crushed. The victory will be ours.“ Yes, it will be. 75 лет минуло с того страшного дня, когда жители нашей страны услышали “...Сегодня, в 4 часа утра, без предъявления каких-либо претензий к Советскому Союзу, без объявления войны, германские войска напали на нашу страну...“ Эта песня, ставшая символом, гимном борьбы советского народа, была записана уже к 29 июня. Сам же текст был опубликован уже 24 июня, а ровно через 4 года, 24 июня 1945 года в Москве прошёл парад Победы. Сейчас, когда по всей Европе и даже в нашей стране ставят памятники и открывают мемориальные доски многочисленным фашистским пособникам, когда история этой великой войны переписывается и выворачивается наизнанку, эта песня звучит призывом вспомнить от тех миллионах сражавшихся за свет и мир и не позволить осквернять их память. Для тех же, кто даже сейчас вынужден бороться с нацистами, напоминаю слова, которыми заканчивалось обращение 22 июня: “Наше дело правое. Враг будет разбит. Победа будет за нами“.
