Identifying a bleed and splinting a leg

One thing I often preach in terms of trauma management and assessment is to think before throwing a TQ on every bleeding extremity you see. In the video, you will see me acknowledge a decent amount of blood ( my salty medics are rolling their eyes right now). At this time an Iraqi medic offers up a TQ to which I decline.
