The list was endless because everyone saw «happiness» in strange things. «It’s not real happiness!» - the girl said, but nobody wanted to listen to her. People around considered her careless and strange. And one day, the girl noticed that people who teach her about happiness are unhappy themselves. They had wealth, fame, and a big house, but their eyes looked sad and indifferent. Those people did not see the beauty of the world surrounding them, but always saw reasons to be sad. The girl’s smile only made them angry. One day there was a loud thunder that woke up the people, and they realized that something bad was coming. People were scared and some of them ran away trying to take all the goods which they had been earning for their entire life. Other people were in panic since they couldn’t choose which things are the most valuable for them and which they should take away. The girl watched how danger gets closer and closer, but she was calm. The most precious thing in her life was her love for her land and her home. Suddenly she noticed brave people who tried to stop the darkness until it was too late. There were people with a strong spirit, they couldn’t let evil conquer the whole world, so they chose to fight. The girl decided to stay and shine for those brave people who went deep into the darkness. She helped them to feel that they are not alone and someone waits for them at their homes. That day, everybody realized that misery doesn’t ask if you are wealthy or what kind of breed you are. The misery comes to give as a challenge and our future depends on how we pass it. Only when it’s getting dark, you can see those who can shine. To those who haven’t run away.
