GOOD MORNING WORKOUT | 10 MIN | Beginner Friendly

This morning workout is the perfect way to get your body moving. It’s not to intense so you can wake up and stay in your pyjamas. No Jumping or difficult exercises just big feel good moves to get the blood pumping. I love doing this routine in the mornings as it makes me feel amazing and ready for my day. I also use this as a warm up before I do any exercise. Try it every morning this week and see if you feel the difference!!
