It is made to look like a ship - The ’LSD Mudlark’ - Students stand on the float dressed in costumes as fishermen. People watch from the pavements. Other floats and lorries pass by. One features people dressed as pirates. One has men dressed as nurses. One has men dressed as agricultural workers, with the banner ’Buy British Beef’. Lots of people in fancy dress.
