Artillery in snow. MS of soldiers, there is a thick layer of snow everywhere; branches of trees hang heavily under snow & ice. A few men by a fire where pots are heated; officer getting cup of coffee or other warm drink. Pan right to behind large gun. Man at right shovels snow; clearing area around gun; while on the left the officer does a little dance to keep warm. Then side view of several soldiers standing by gun; preparing to load shell.
