If I were a rich man is probably the best known tune from Fiddler on the Roof. In this violin lesson I show first a basic version of the melody, with lower and upper octave options. The second version includes some klezmer ornamentation (including the vibrato trill, downward glissando and drones), with double stops and arpeggios to emphasise the chord changes.
