This stretch is simply amazing, if you have QL issues. This is only the template to the stretch, so may take you a few weeks to really dial it in.
When you get in the right position, make sure to tuck your tail under and keep your hips pointed straight ahead! Keep lowering the upper hand, down until you feel it hit the QL.
