So here we are... My last show of 2024 being the UK Arnolds classic. As seen in my previous update video I have not had an “off season“ in many many years, So after being on prep since before the Olympia in 2023 I have decided to take the rest of 2024 off to let my body fully recover, Too focus on my businesses and make all the improvements i need moving into my next competitive season. 2024 is going to be a huge year for myself and my business with my biggest project to date being released....
