Automatic Heat Transfer Machine for Big Bucket
When applying thermal transfer printing to big plastic buckets, eg, paint barrel, hygiene bucket, lubricating bucket, chemical pails, gallon bottle, we will meet the challenges caused by large diameter and tapered shape. The transfer film may wrinkle or distort during application, leading to uneven printing. In order to get avoid of this problem and make the printing effect more precise, we adopt not only the fan-shaped heat transfer film, but also the fan-shaped film feeding track table. The larger part of the fan-shaped design rotates over a greater distance, while the smaller part rotates over a shorter distance. This adjustment ensures the heat transfer film fits tightly and seamlessly around the bucket during thermal process.

Feature:
The heat transfer machine is an equipment suitable for printing different kind of barrel/bucket , such as oval barrel, square barrel, round bucket, oil barrel and so on. Compared with the traditional screen printing, the heat transfer products are more bright, three-dimensional, and strong adhesion, It is widely used in educational supplies, cosmetics, toys, electronic products, infant products, daily use, home appliances and other industries and packaging decoration.
Intelligence: This bucket thermal transfer machine runs digitally. You can easily change its settings on the touchscreen by entering parameter for bucket upper diameter, lower diameter and heights. And it could store these setting information for next time printing purpose.
Correction Structure :The machinery is equipped with a servo-driven correction structure design. It will automatic adjust if there is deviation during film movement (the servo-driven correction feature needs to be optionally configured).
controlled: Pressure is controlled by a servo system, which allows for precise and adjustable speed control during downward pressing. This brings digital and intelligent control of mechanical pressure (a servo press motor with matching configuration needs to be optionally selected for this feature).
rewinding:It is powered by a servo motor, while tension is managed using magnetic particle technology, ensuring stable film operation .
