Recipe in the 1st comment and in the description.

Dough ingredients 2 ¼ cups / 300 g of bread flour 130 ml / 4,39 oz warm milk 2 g / 0,06 oz of dry yeast 50 g / 1,75 oz of sugar 5 g / 0,18 oz of salt 30 ml / 1,05 oz of melted butter Filling ingredients 200 g / 7,05 oz of walnuts (your choice) 50 ml / 1,75 oz of melted butter 50 g / 1,75 oz of powdered sugar 1 spoon of cocoa powder 1 egg 2-3 tablespoons of milk 20 ml / 0,70 oz melted butter for greasing. Method of preparation. Put warm milk, sugar, egg and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes to activate the yeast. After 15 minutes, add flour and salt. Knead well for 5 minutes, cover with a towel and let rise for an hour. After an hour, add the melted butter and knead until the butter is incorporated into the dough. Cover with a towel and let rise for 3 hours. After the dough has doubled in volume, prepare the nuts. Chop the nuts (in a food processor). Place the chopped walnuts in a deep bowl and add powdered sugar, melted butter, cocoa, egg and milk to them and mix well. Spread the dough on a towel (to use less flour, use a towel) and stretch it with a rolling pin until it reaches 3-4 millimeters. Put the walnut on top and spread carefully so as not to break the dough. Roll up and place in the baking pan (8.5 X 4.3 X Inches) (21.5 X 11 X 5.5 cm) Cover and let rise for one hour. After it has increased in volume, brush it with melted butter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F for 1 hour (until it turns brown on top) Notes * Do not change the quantities in the recipe! * Pay attention to the temperature in the oven, do not change the temperature either more or less! * Remove the bread from the pan immediately after baking!
