Street Artists Converge on Benalla to transform regional town Victoria’s first Regional Urban Contemporary Art Festival – Wall to Wall On Friday the 27th to Sunday the 29th of March, local and international street artists transformed 13 walls in the small town of Benalla into incredible works of art.
