Te Ashkharhum Ser Chliner New 2012 CD-s are available at About Araksia Varderessian: Araksia Varderessian, born in Yerevan Armenia, graduated from Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory (YSC) as a pianist. At the same time she was a performer/singer at the “Serpantin“ youth music band. In 1976, Araksia moved to the United States of America together with her family. Settling down in Los Angeles, she continues her education at the University of Southern California (USC) majoring in piano. Araksia, an Armenian American singer-songwriter, record producer is an author of six albums. In 80’s she began her concert tours around the world. In 1988, during the Armenian Earthquake and war in Artsakh, with her humanitarian concert tours she donated and supported orphan children and people in poverty. She spent lots of time in war-field helping solders. Now she is getting ready for a new concert tour around the world with her new and old hit songs. At the same time, she has been producing and hosting a TV show for more then 10 years. In 2007 she was awarded as the “First Armenian Femail Deva“ during the Armenian Music Award.
