Oasis - If I Had A Gun (Liam On Vocals) [SST AI]

I trained an AI model on Liam Gallagher’s Post 2008 voice, and used it to sing over Noel’s Post-Oasis Solo tracks! I love the idea that most of this album was already written with Liam’s voice in mind to sing on (and it probably was). But of course, things happened and you know the rest. It’s really interesting to me to hear a kind of ’what might have been’ scenario, for if these tracks has remained Oasis tracks. This is the third song on the tracklist for this album, and this one’s a bit different. So Far, I haven’t really given the ’Soft Liam’ Model the spotlight. Until now! The ’Soft Liam’ Is mostly trained on the super soft, clear vocal performances from BE, specifically Start Anew and Ballroom Figured etc. I think it works wonders on this track personally! You’re hearing a combination of Noel’s original vocal and my vocal, running through five separate vocal models all trained on specific clips that give softer or beltier tones. The reason I use my own vocal rather than all Noel is to add some of the specific vocal articulations that make Liam’s singing voice unique. Also, the AI model inference doesn’t do very well with vocals ripped straight from the original songs. As mentioned before, I’ve now recorded vocal takes and done inference for Noel’s entire solo career so far, and I’ll be uploading them all soon, starting with the first NGHFB album! Let me know what you think in the comments - For me personally, this was the first time hearing a finished article back has made me feel some emotions! You’ll get why when the backing vocals come in later on in the song, as there are some cheeky AI Noel vocals poking through where they should be.
