Tech Poi Drills Stall Points

For the last couple of months, I’ve found myself messing around a lot with stall points. They a great way to clean up you tech, I found it to be very helpful to my technique, so I thought I drop a video on some of the Drills that I have ran though over and over again to clean up all my stalling. After you pound this into your muscle memory all you flowers begin to look way cleaner along with a lot of your tech. Also stall points are great for transitions.
