Orchestrion “Build Up“ playing He, She, and Me

This instrument was originally a 65 note Howard player piano built in 1910. Thirty five or forty years ago someone converted it to play a G roll and added xylophone, reeds, tambourine, wood block, triangle, and castanets. I am guessing the time frame based on the fact that when I opened the stack I found the builder had used perflex for the pouches. I have just finished rebuilding this orchestrion.
