Mufasa was looking around the neighborhood and went to drink water. He heard a rustle and saw a small lion cub in the grass. Mufasa was surprised and didn’t know what to do. The lion cub smiled and began to reach out to him. Mufasa decided to take him away. Scar and Sarabi were together. Mufasa comes in, puts the lion cub on the ground and says that now it is his adopted son and the future king. Scar does not understand his decision and Mufasa says that the lion cub was all alone and he could not leave him. Sarabi supports Mufasa and Scar too. The lion cub was named Kovu (he knows that he is adopted). He spends time with Mufasa. But Mufasa has to leave and Kovu goes to the Scar with Sarabi. They communicate and Nala comes. Kovu and Nala are playing. At night Mufasa and Kovu talk together, play and look at the stars. Kovu has grown up. He’s talking to Nala. Mufasa and Scar see them. Scar says that Kovu and Nala could get married, Mufasa agrees. Kovu was alone and saw a stranger. He attacks the lion. But the stranger says that he was just walking and accidentally entered these lands. The lion was provided, his name is Kopa. At night, Kovu can’t get the Kopa out of his head. Nala comes to him and hugs him. Kovu apologizes and says he doesn’t like Nala. Nala said that she understands everything and does not take offense at him. Kovu spends the next day with the Kopa. At night, the Kopa kisses Kovu and confesses his feelings. The feelings were mutual. Then the lions come to the Pride Lands, where Mufasa saw them. Kovu said the Kopa was his mate. Mufasa was surprised. Kovu wanted to make excuses, but Mufasa said they needed to talk in private and they were leaving. Kovu wanted to explain everything, but Mufasa said that he needed to tell Kovu something. Mufasa said that he had a family. Wife Kiara and son Simba. He was very happy. But one day, when Kiara and Simba went for a walk together, they were surrounded by renegades. Scar saw it and ran to Mufasa. Then they ran together to rescue Kiara and Simba. But when they arrived, it was too late. Kiara and Simba were killed. Kovu was very surprised by this story. Mufasa tells him that this situation and the fact that he is adopted does not change anything. Mufasa loves Kovu and will accept him. After a while there was the coronation of Kovu. Nala was with her mate, Kinai. And Kovu was with a Kopa. Mufasa was happy for his son.
