Specifically this video covers how to use the fighter class to kill the boss. This boss fight is a solo fight since The Goblin Caves is a solo only level in the upcoming game Dark and Darker. Killing this boss is difficult since it can kill you in one shot, but once you master it it drops rare blue, purple and occasionally orange/gold loot which can be worth a lot of currency. Personally I find farming the troll boss to be a great money maker for saving money to buy powerful gear in Dark and Darker.
