How did Leo decide to come volunteer with Birthright and later stay in Armenia?

He came to Armenia not knowing a single word in Armenian, never having been to his motherland but endlessly curious about what he’s stepping into. Leo Hototian Oliveira was born in Brazil. His father is Brazilian but his mother is Armenian. Thanks to Leo’s mom, his interest in his roots turned into year-long volunteering, homestay, and eventually repatriation to Armenia.
