Power Take-Off Demonstration

This power take-off demonstration was shown to 4th graders at Elementary Field Day to emphasize the importance of being safe on the farm. PTO entanglements are one of the leading causes of disabling injuries on the farm. Entanglements are usually caused by clothing or shoestrings being caught in rotating or moving equipment. Prevent PTO accidents by always keeping guards and shields in place, wearing snug fitting clothing with no dangling strings, and staying away from the rotating PTO shafts.
