The storm caused traffic disruptions, power outages and road blockages due to fallen trees. In Slovenia, strong winds knocked trees to the ground and tore roofs off houses. Authorities said tens of thousands of people were left without electricity. Three deaths are reported in Croatia and one in Slovenia. Hundreds of people were injured.
