1.5 million foreigners were allowed to settle quite legally in Britain last year

Every month, the immigration figures for this country have to be revised upwards. The latest statistics tell us that around one and a half million foreigners were given permission to come and live in Britain last year. This is of course in addition to the many thousands of illegal immigrants.
