And another interesting fact, I have an experience of communicating with foreigners. The problem of my project is that in the modern world, relationships between teenagers can be very complicated. In many schools, students face bullying, but they are not always ready to share their problems with adults, including a school psychologist even if they sometimes realize that they cannot cope with the situation themselves. One of the ways to solve this problem may be to introduce a position of negotiator in each class. A negotiator is a person who helps resolve conflicts that arise between people. Also, the negotiator conducts training exercises in the class, helps classmates, can listen to them, help with advice or tell them about a school psychologist and advise them to contact him if the situation really requires urgent intervention. But negotiators need their own mentor. The guys who have been chosen for this position will have the opportunity to come to consultations and master classes of a school psychologist, thereby pumping their skills in this direction. And why is this solution effective? It’s just that sometimes it’s easier for a teenager to understand the problems of a person of his age, since he himself is in this environment and knows everything from the inside.
