Table Tennis Footwork and Coordination Training (13 Exercises)
Table tennis footwork and coordination training are important parts fo training sessions. Exercises that are done by means of a coordination or agility ladder are often not specific enough to produce a good transfer to the movements that are needed in a competition. Therefore in this video there are 13 exercises presented, that improve the quality of footwork (single steps) in table tennis. These single steps are used in table tennis in different situations, that are also explained in this video.
Thanks for watching, have fun during training and please subscribe and ring the bell!
