For mayonnaise: Egg yolks - 2 pcs.; Mustard - 10 g; Olive oil - 200 ml. For tomato sauce: Tomato puree - 300 g; Red paprika - 10g; Bunch of dill; Salt, pepper to taste. We also put in the burgers: Home onion - 3 pcs Lettuce from our own garden - 200 gr. Homemade hard cheese - 300 gr. Homemade pickled cucumber - 4 pcs.
