Armenia: Protesters and police scuffle outside parliament

Hundreds of activists marched to the centre of Yerevan, Monday, to oppose constitutional reforms planned by the government. The protesters gathered at Freedom Square before rallying outside the Parliament building, holding flags of Armenia and placards reading “No“ - in reference to an upcoming referendum vote on the reforms.
