N. Korea building concrete guard posts in DMZ according to S. Korean military source

북, 9•19 군사합의로 파괴한 GP 콘크리트 초소로 복원 The South Korean military has detected that North Korea has recently built concrete guard the Demilitarized Zone. According to a military source on Friday the construction of concrete structures is part of the North’s guard post restoration that began last November, after the regime terminated the September 19th inter-Korean military agreement. Under the agreement, both South and North Korea destroyed ten guard posts near the border,.as part of efforts to reduce tensions, but restoration efforts are now being witnessed at all of the North’s guard posts.
