I purchased this 1949 Dodge 4 door sedan at a farm auction up the road a bit because it has a small surprise hidden under the hood! It is equipped with a 230 inline six cylinder flathead engine and 3 speed manual transmission with a floor shift conversion! It was last registered in 1965 in southeast South Dakota! There’s some other hot rod hints like an external oil pressure gauge, red spark plug wires, dual exhaust, filled trim holes, cutouts and DUAL CARBURETORS! If you’re interested in this hot rod Dodge it’s in basically the same shape as shown in this video for $350 as is. I’ll throw in the good running 1946 Dodge pickup engine for an extra $300.
