Quick Sleeve Busting Arm Workout

This is a quick arm workout I did on friday night, it took me a little over 30min. I drank Dymatize Xpand 2X raspberry lemonade while warming up and I was sipping on Dymatize Recoup during the workout. I only to 15-20 second breaks but I didn’ get a chance to record every set my girlfriend was trying to workout too so I didn’t want to totally kill her workout.
