He had to work around a team installing a new kitchen where the boiler was to be positioned and he was appropriately accommodating and professional so that it all worked smoothly. He is friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly up to speed with the latest in heating technology, and recommended a boiler which not only fitted into the space available but has worked perfectly in the 10 months since.
