Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce ½ lb. asparagus, organic, rinsed, and trimmed lemon slices chopped basil and or parsley Directions: Pat the salmon filet dry with paper towels and coat the fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with the coconut aminos. Place the pistachios in a food processor and pulse to make a medium crumble. Spoon this over the top of the salmon and press it in with your fingers. Place the filet on a parchment covered baking sheet and place it in the center of a 225 degree F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Low and slow is the name of the game here. While the fish is cooking, coat the asparagus with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt. Place the asparagus in a pre heated cast iron pan over medium heat. Swirl the olive oil so it coats the bottom of the pan and then add the asparagus. Saute until crisp done about 4 to 6 minutes. Keep warm. When the salmon is done, slice and serve with the asparagus. Season with fresh chopped basil and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing! Rockin Robin P.S.
