This simple, graceful and powerful sequence takes it’s origins from Qi Gong, and is practiced all around the World. It is said to be one of the best rejuvenating tonics, known for it’s anti-ageing effects, aiding in weight loss, normalising the metabolism, balancing the endocrine system, and reducing stress by harmonising body, mind, and breath. I’m choosing to use Swimming Dragon as part of the Aurora online yoga course, it will be featured in Week Two - Water Element.
