When is the Best Time to Swim?

Most of the studies claim that the Best Time for Swimming Training is in the early evening. The temperature of the muscles is at the top late afternoon, which means the metabolic process is increased, and the energy metabolism of the muscles is at a higher level. You may have noticed that lots of Masters Swimmers get up in the wee hours of the morning to get their workouts in, others slip away from work for a midday swim and still others prefer to train in the evenings. While you’ll find various studies that say morning workouts are better, there are just as many that report afternoon trainings are the best option. As much as we’d like to give you a firm answer on when you should swim, it ultimately comes down to your individual biological clock. #Swimming • #Waszkewicz • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Subscribe to watch more videos filmed by Andrzej Waszkiewicz / IRONMAN Triathlete, Multiple European Champion in Masters Swimming and World-famous Sports Promoter. ▶ Andrzej Waszkewicz – http://wasz
