this move takes time, it not something that happens over night (maybe for some!)... you just have to stick with it :) good luck, just keep telling yourself that you can do it! ::: each time you improve a few inches, try twisting the move all around, side to side, try lifting the pelvis towards the pole... basically you are trying to improve all 29 muscles of the hips and pelvis. :)
