Led Zeppelin - Live in Chicago, IL (April 9th, 1977)

As requested by krack, here is the band’s infamous third night in Chicago during their 1977 North American tour. This show was cut short owing to Jimmy allegedly having a stomach flu (although, given his known addictions during this period, it could also have easily been drug related). The show concludes after Ten Years Gone and tour manager Richard Cole makes an announcement that the band will put on a makeup show later on. Sadly, this makeup show never took place owing to the death of Robert’s five year old son Karac three and a half months later. This is a two source merge that I put together myself, using the KRW_CO transfer as the main source, with mikesline’s tape used for patching. Big thanks to both! 0:00 Intro 1:59 The Song Remains the Same 7:18 The Rover/Sick Again 14:31 Nobody’s Fault But Mine 22:28 Since I’ve Been Loving You 31:33 No Quarter 52:01 Ten Years Gone 1:01:42 Robert Plant and Richard Cole Stage Announcements Bootleg: Main: 2ND GEN ANALOG FROM THE KRW_CO COLLECTION Patching: maxell XLII 60 - wav - flac
