The Titanic’s Whistle Sounds Across Southampton

As part of the Titanic 100 centenary event on 10th April 2012, ships gathered together in the Ocean Dock where Titanic set sail 100 years before. A recording of the Titanic’s whistle breaks the minute’s silence and bellows out across the docks and city, only to be answered by the assembled flotilla.
