Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Target Muscle Group: Shoulders Grab a set of dumbbells and get ready to work! Stand with feet together or slightly apart. Raise dumbbells to shoulder height and be sure to tuck hips in so back is not arching. Press dumbbells in a straight line until arms are extended and follow the same straight path back down to start.
