A unique antique harnessmakers stitching horse

As one of my hobbies is restoring antique harness, I have always been on the lookout for special harnessmaking tools. High on my wishlist was a stitching horse, used for clamping the leather so that the harnessmaker can use his awl and needles in an easy way. They are almost impossible to find. When I came across this very rare and beautifully made example over 15 years ago, I was very happy.
