How to Make Gears of War cosplay chest armor out of Foam! In this series I will be creating Marcus Fenix’s armor from Gear of War 1 & 2. In this particular video I am making the under armor. A generic chest armor template that people could customize to make a variety of different Gears of War characters. This chest armor is designed into modular pieces that can easily be customized to fit each individual maker. I do have free PDF templates of the chest under armor available on my website if you’d like to make your own. In part 2 I will continue this cosplay armor build by adding detail panels to the front of the chest.
