Off-Duty Cop Wearing T-Shirt & Shorts Attacks Black Women, Now They Are Charged With Assault

The Nacogdoches Police Department has confirmed a use-of-force investigation is underway involving an officer who arrested a woman during a dispute at an apartment complex. The officer was not in uniform and was wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Now, both of the women who were attacked are being charged with assault.
