V polni Gallusovi dvorani Cankarjevega doma je orkester izvedel delo italijanskega impresionista Ottorina Respighija: Rimske pinije. V mogočnem finalu se je tresla dvorana. Veliki simfonični orkester Gimnazije Kranj je še enkrat dokazal, da je eden izmed najboljših mladinskih orkestrov v državi in regiji.
